      Finally a work out Rx’d. And double figure pull ups (just), long way to go, but at least Im on the right track.

      You should be very happy with that WOD. It was only a few weeks ago that you were still doing Jumping Pull Ups.
      Just remember now you will get no sympathy with pull ups in all the other WOD’s. :)
