30 Deadlifts 100kg (70kg)
30 Ring Dips
20 Ring Dips
10 Ring Dips
Whilst completing the Deadlifts, one partner must be fully extended (locked out) on the rings.
Whilst completing the Ring Dips, one partner must be holding the deadlift bar off the ground at full extension.
If at any point the partner isn’t in one of the two positions above the rep will not count.
